Where can I search?
SpotProp is limited to U.S listings.
How does SpotProp check features?
SpotProp analyzes listing photos and descriptions for the features your client wants, then ranks homes around their priorities. When the available evidence cannot confirm a feature, it is marked unknown.
How do my clients use it?
Invite clients by email to share the full search tool. You can both edit the search criteria, run searches, and see the results. Clients can also save favorites and ping you about homes they like. They sign in through an email link, and access is included in your plan.
How do I get help or suggest a feature?
